Marie-Eve Beaulieu completed in 2014 a master’s degree in the visual arts at the Université du Québec à Montréal, under the supervision of François Lacasse. She is the recipient of the 2013 Sylvie and Simon Blais Award for Emerging Visual Artists, as well as the 2005 McAbbie Merit Scholarship, and her work has been shown in a number of group exhibitions at Parisian Laundry, Galerie Art Mûr, and Atelier Circulaire. She has also benefited from the support of Atelier Graff, where she took up a Project Insertion residency in the art of printmaking. In addition, she has taken part in the ambitious Leipzig-Montréal exhibition program, involving ten artists from Saxony and Québec, since 2012.
