2011 Exhibition from August 13 to September 10 ART AFRICAIN: INSEPARABLE - BINARIES IN TRIBAL ART In its 8th annual exhibition devoted to tribal art, Galerie Simon Blais presents a collection of “inseparable” masks and statuettes, pairs or “couples” of classic objects sculpted by the Lobi, Dogon, Baule and Tellem peoples of Africa, as well as by those of Western Nepal.
