Born in Lebel-sur-Quévillon in 1974, Yann Leroux settled in Montreal at the age of 20 and enrolled at Université du Québec à Montreal during the late 1990s. His collaboration with Galerie Simon Blais started in 2000 when he participated in his first group exhibition. In 2003, he returned with a solo show. His work has also been exhibited at international fairs such as Works on Paper in New York City and the Toronto International Art Fair.
